Cybrexa Board Chairman

CyBrexa is the third Biotech start-up that Kevin has served in the capacity as Chairman of the Board. In addition to the recent launch of CyBrexa, he has played a key role in building and successfully financially exiting two Biotech businesses. The first was CyVera, launched in 2003 and then sold to the gene sequencing market leader, Illumina in 2005. The second was CyVek, launched in 2011 and then sold to Bio-Techne in 2016.

Kevin has spent the last 20 years as the Founder and CEO of CiDRA. He has also served on the Board of Directors for CiDRA since CiDRA was formed. CiDRA is a trusted process optimization company to many of the largest companies in the world. CiDRA’s charter is to deliver process optimization equipment and services that improve the operating performance of industrial process plants on a world- wide basis.

In addition to the CyVera exit in 2005, CiDRA has also delivered two additional financial exits to it’s shareholders. This includes the development and sale of two separate oil field tool companies. One was sold to Weatherford in 2001 and the second was sold to the Expro Group in 2008.

Before launching CiDRA, Kevin spent a total of nine years at the United Technologies Corporation in the field of Technology Management.

Kevin has participated in Executive Technology Management programs at the University of Washington, MIT and Harvard. Kevin received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
